Learning Objectives:
- Define behaviours that challenge, its causes and forms
- Discuss and practice the communication skills required to diffuse behaviours that challenge
- Recognise when we might be at risk if situations escalate
- Describe how to avoid danger and recognise your limits of practice
This course is delivered via distance learning. We send delegates a knowledge book and workbook. Upon completion, the workbook is returned to First Response Training and marked by one of our assessors. Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery on orders of more than 5 books.
