Shipping Policy

The below is the shipping policy of items sold via ecommerce by First Response Training and Consultancy Services Ltd.

All physical items are shipped as soon as reasonably practicable. This may be by post or courier dependent on the size and/or volume of the items ordered. All digital goods are dispatched electronically as soon as reasonably practicable. Please allow up to 20 working days for the delivery of distance learning books, although we typically deliver earlier.

The following charges apply to physical items:

Standard shipping
£0 - £60 - £6.96
£60.01 - £2,000 - £10

For total items valued at more than £2,000, variable charges will be levied dependent on the size and volume of items ordered.

We do not usually ship internationally except within the British Isles. If we ship to anywhere outside of mainland Great Britain, additional shipping charges, including charges to cover international duties and taxes, may be levy. Any potential customs charges requested by the customs authority of your delivery country is your duty to pay.
We will always endeavour to consistently uphold our shipping policy. However, there may be occasions where we must deviate from this policy. This may include for events outside of our control, namely force majeure events.
