Collection: Early Years Classroom

At First Response Training, we work with hundreds of schools, pre-schools, nurseries, childcare agencies, children’s playgrounds and activity centres every year to deliver a range of first aid, health and safety and special focus training for their staff. We also work with many local authorities to provide contracted training for their early years and childcare workforce.

Our Curriculum Team ensures that training provided for this sector meets relevant standards such as the criteria set out by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework and Ofsted guidelines. Courses are also carefully developed to comply with relevant legislation and national priorities, such as the Childcare Act 2006, Working Together to Safeguard Children 2010, Every Child Matters and the 2020 Children and Young People’s Workforce Strategy.
